History
Bill Levy and his parents, often gave personal testimonies praising Tony and Sue and the Church on numerous television shows, in news articles and in legal proceedings, about how Bill had been saved from a former life of heroin and cocaine addiction, homosexuality, murder and armed robbery: (TSAF TV Show # 22, Nashville, TN., 9/19/74; Susan Alamo Speaks Out, TV Show # 9, Fort Smith, AR., 1981; Way Out West TV Show, Whicker England, Allan Whicker, 7/1973; Southwest Times Record, Dad Has No Qualms About Son With Alamos, 6/20, 1977; Tulsa World, Man Says Alamo Influence Saved Him From Being Killer, April 30, 1982; Arkansas Gazette, Alamo Worker Testifies Pay Would Be Offensive, April 30, 1982; The Tennessean, Prosecutor Asked To Justify Assumptions in Alamo Case, 4/30/82; Southwest Times Record, Workers Testify in Alamo Case, 4/29/1982; Raymond A. Donovan, Secretary of Labor versus Tony and Susan Alamo Foundation, 1982. Levy even told people about an incident before he came to the Church of how he and his friend had tortured a prostitute by hanging her by her wrists, then cutting off her tongue and letting her bleed to death, hanging in a basement.
Bill Levy was put out of the Church in 1985 for stealing and other reports. He immediately started bringing lies and accusations against the Church seeking to gain custody of 11 year old Rebecca from her mother, and caused Arkansas State Troopers to raid and search over 100 homes in search of Rebecca and her mother.
Levy later moved to the Tampa/St. Pete area and was contacted and interviewed by Mike Earp of the United States Marshals Service on March 11, 1991, in an effort to solicit his false testimony to substantiate their charge against Pastor Alamo of threatening to kidnap Federal Judge Morris Arnold. According to government records, In a telephone interview on March 12, 1991, Levy falsely stated that Pastor Alamo carries up to 3 guns on his person; one in an ankle holster, one in a shoulder holster, as well as one in his pocket and that Pastor Alamo was closely associated with Gordon Kahl, and had the same ideals on tax protesting. As a result of these false statements, the USMS determined that extreme caution was warranted. Then again on 11/8/1993, according to government records, while Levy was attending a Nursing School in Florida, Chris Belcher of the US Justice Department, contacted him at his Tampa/St. Pete number, (813) 238-6953. Belcher was soliciting testimony to substantiate their false tax charges against Pastor Alamo. Levy told Belcher he had to take his final exams to become a registered nurse at the Nursing School and Belcher said that he would talk to his professor and work it out for Levy if he would come testify against Pastor Alamo in Memphis.
WARNING - EXTREMELY DANGEROUS
William “Bill” A. Levy
DOB- 11/25/48
11/29/06
Bill Levy is to be considered armed and extremely dangerous. He has made the following recorded statements:
Levy stated that he hated his own father so much that he was going to crawl up on him in the middle of the night while he was sleeping and “bash his head in.”
“I threatened my fathers life on several occasions. He had me locked up and I told him I was going to break out and cut his throat.”
“I wanted to kill my mother and father. I wanted to kill people.” “I hated my parents. I threatened my parents lives . . . I ran into people from the prison in New York and they were killing drug pushers for other drug pushers . . . This is a real lucrative business. I like the hours and I don’t mind killing anybody. So this is what I want to get into, this is going to be my occupation; the money’s real good.”
William “Bill” Arnold Levy has recently made terroristic threats against certain people and their families that have exposed his criminal background and lifestyle. Due to Levy’s psychological profile, criminal history and present associations, his threats are to be taken seriously by all law enforcement personnel.
Statement from Dave Kroopf
I, Dave Kroopf, can testify that Bill Levy told me the following statements:
Bill Levy told me that before he was saved that he had a sexual experience with his boyfriend and drug partner. Bill got into detail about having oral sex with his male partner. At that point I did not want to hear any more. Bill told me that he and his friend tortured a young prostitute by hanging her by her wrists, then cutting off her tongue and letting her bleed to death hanging in a basement.
Once while driving back from Kansas City, Bill was talking about drugs that he had taken before he was saved. He inquired about cocaine and mentioned that small doses don’t get you drunken. Bill laughed and said, “A Christian Drug.” I, Dave, didn’t take Bill seriously, but Bill asked if I could possibly get him some cocaine. I told Bill it was “illegal” and “sinful.” I told him that I hoped he wasn’t serious.
Bill and I were at a flea market, and Bill tried to get me to give him money to buy an xx rated film.
I donated a “dime” coin collection to the church, which was an “add-on set” to an earlier set already owned by the church. I, Dave, saw the set of coins (worth $175.00) with merchandise that Bill was selling on business. Bill came to me at the show and stated, “The best offer so far is $50.00.” A few weeks later I saw the set of coins in Bill Levy’s house with his other coins. I asked him why he had the coins; he said he bought them for $50.00 because that was the best offer. I, Dave, didn’t like the idea (after being in the coin business for five years and after paying $160.00 for them), but I thought he had reported this and had bought them from the church, so I left it at that. Bill’s conversation, at times when he would bring up his testimony, would turn into talk of corrupt things going on in the world. Some of these things were event to the point of white slavery and children being used for pornography. I have witnessed that when we would go on business trips, Bill Levy would watch filthy, pornographic, S & M movies (some involving children) on closed circuit T.V. One business trip, I woke up and saw him watching these movies I told him “turn it off. That’s sick.” Bill Levy went as far as trying to get me to buy an illegal silencer for a gun. He also wanted me to give him money to go to a massage parlor. He justified this by saying that it was because he had back problems. However, I flatly refused. These things took place while he was still living in the foundation.

October 22, 1986
I, Dave Kroopf, do hereby state the following statements are true and correct.
I have known Bill Levy for several years. In the past two years Bill Levy has gone on several out of state business trips with me. I would like to make it perfectly clear that I was not living at the Alamo Foundation, but did attend their church services when I was in town. Bill Levy always carried a concealed weapon on his person, such as a 38 snub nose pistol, 25 automatic and/or 22 automatic. He carried these weapons in a shoulder holster or an ankle holster. He also carried a World War II Hitler signed pocketknife, until he traded it to a dealer for $200.00 worth of merchandise. Bill Levy traded, bought and sold guns, knives, (switchblades) and many other assault weapons under the counter with no license or paper work file. The weapons that Bill Levy carried on his person were not registered nor was he licensed to conceal a weapon, nor did he have a permit to carry such weapons on his person. The Alamo Foundation had no knowledge that Bill Levy was carrying these weapons or buying and selling them. On many occasions he would urge me not to ever mention any of his dealings to anyone at the Foundation including his wife, Ina. Bill Levy had his own private bank account and checking account of which he also urged me to never disclose to his wife or anyone at the Foundation.
As a true character witness, I hereby state that Bill Levy was and is a potentially dangerous person that is capable of exploding at any given moment. He has a violent temper. I have heard Bill Levy state that if anyone ever even looked at his wife he would kill them. Also other threats of bodily harm he has verbally hade in my presence; I would consider him armed and dangerous. I would gladly come to court and make these statements under oath.
